Dog Portraits – Golden Retriever Pet Portraits of Charlie and Eliot
Welcome to the **Golden Retriever Pet Portraits** of Charlie and Eliot. We absolutely love Golden Retrievers – there are four at our local dog training club with Lily, and each one has such a unique personality. So when Nicholas was asked to paint Charlie and Eliot in 2018, he was thrilled to accept the commission.

About the Commission of Charlie and Eliot
Nicole reached out to us in 2018 with a heartfelt request. She was looking for an artist to paint her two Golden Retrievers, inspired by a portrait her grandmother had once painted of her grandfather and their dog. It was a sentimental and deeply personal project, and we were honored to take it on.
Nicole sent lots of photos, including a lovely one of Charlie that she felt truly captured her spirit. We worked together to create a 20 x 16 inch oil portrait on Italian linen canvas. Nicole already had the perfect place to hang the painting and kindly sent us photos of it alongside Charlie and Eliot before it was framed.
