Commission of Leah
June Foster contacted us in 2014 to commission an oil painting of her daughter Amy’s beloved horse, Leah. While Nicholas’s Christmas diary was already full, we offered a gift voucher pack as a placeholder. Amy received it on Christmas morning and was thrilled to be part of the process, from photo selection to progress updates.
The final painting was completed in the New Year, with Nicholas working closely from Amy’s chosen photo. We emailed updates at every stage so the family could see Leah come to life on canvas.
