I have received the portrait today and it has arrived safely. I am absolutely amazed at the likeness and from a short distance it still looks likes a photo to me. I am not going to show Paul until Christmas Day as although he knows about it I still think he is going to be totally gobsmacked when he sees it. It would have been nice to have got it framed before Christmas but it can wait until after when the shops are not so busy. I will definitely take a photo of it when it has been framed and send it to you for your website. I am sure Paul will want to message you with his comments as well. I cannot thank you enough and hope you have a lovely Christmas and our best wishes for the New Year.

You have captured his essence, heart, and character perfectly. I am forever indebted to you for giving me the opportunity to keep him forever close.We all still miss him terribly. Dear Melanie. Just a line to thank you for doing such a lovely portrait of our Norfolk Terrier, Bronte! It really is her, a not just a Norfolk Terrier. Well Done. I gather that there was a certain amount of toing and froing of photos! I was rather wondering about all the photographs Chris was taking of the dog. Will be sure to spread the word this end. Hello,Wow, that's brilliant! Even better than we'd hoped for. The mock-up was good, the initial stages were great, and this final result is just superb! You've captured Max to a tee, giving his portrait much more life than a photograph ever could. I'm sure some people who don't have a dog think getting a professional artist to create a portrait of them is crazy, but we think this is makes perfect sense. For all the intelligence dogs have, they just don't understand reminiscence and the need for humans to trigger memories and emotions, and therefore aren't a co-operative subject to a camera wielding owner! Having a portrait of this calibre commissioned captures Max perfectly, preserving him in his prime for us forever. Once again, Gail and I would just like to thank you for this piece of artwork, and for your accommodation to our suggestions and preferences.
