We offer a full secure online and telephone ordering system accepting all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Bank Transfers and cheques.

Deposits
If you would like to order a portrait by Melanie and Nick, clients can leave a deposit, we realise clients may not be fully sure of what they would like to order at the start, so if you would like to secure your place in our clients list, its not a problem to leave a deposit and we can go from there. Gift Vouchers
If you are running late for a special celebration and you don't have time to organise the portrait, or you are unable to get hold of photos without ruining the surprise, pet portraits gift vouchers are perfect. We can send you our voucher pack so that the recipient has something to open on the day, we can even create and send a mockup if you have photos. Visit our payment page for full details on ordering.

Prints of Your Portrait
If you have ordered a portrait from us, you can order a print at any time as we always keep our work on file. Please fill out the payment details and we will contact you with a details of when your print will be delivered.
