Here you will find the full painting of Mask and view a detailed version of the portrait below. 'Mask' is a St Bernard owned by Trudy Saich UK. I painted him from one main photo, using a few others for colour and detail. I painted Mask in oils to the size of 24 x 18 in oils, with a full background. I have completed a few paintings for Trudy and this is one of my favourites. The background is her garden, which is a beautiful setting for any portrait.
