Hi Mel, The final scan is beautiful - you seem to have captured his personality to a tee.

I don't know how you get them so life like - I must admit I shed a few tears when I saw the final scan - it is him down to his last whisker! Its the expression in his eyes that brings it home for me. I could be looking directly at him.

Nichola Thomas contacted me to paint a portrait of her Rhodesian Ridgeback Naz, unfortunately Naz is no longer with us so I hope that this portrait will serve as a wonderful memory for Nichola. I painted Naz in oils on canvas to the size of 16 x 12 . Nicky emailed me when she had received the portraits final scan, her email is both above and below.
