Pet Portrait Painting Information
Lisa Jane from the UK ordered a portrait of Nelson theri Jack russel for her fiances birthday in April 2008. It was to be a 12 x 10 oil portrait, a close up of nelsons face and Lisa jane sent me lots of lovely photos to choose from, a few of which are below. I have added some stages from the portraits progress along with a final scan and a detail of the painting. I have also added a lovely testimonial Lisa Jane sent when they saw the completed painting. Photos are taken during the progress of the portrait in our studio. The lighting can change throughout the day which can account for colour differences between each stage.

The photos depicted below may vary in colour to the finished painting above. This can be due to the scanned oil painting being slightly different to the original or often clients give us more than one photo to work from i.e. one for the pose and another for colouring.
