This painting was commissioned in 2010 by Greg in the US, who wanted a painting of the elderly cat Sophie. Sophie was a very special cat, traveling all over the world with her owner. Sadly Sophie died just after the portrait was received at the grand age of 21, so this painting means so much to sophie's family.
