Shelties Pet Portraits

Here are examples of three commissions of Shelties i have done over the years. Their long fur is quite challenging to paint but I enjoy every minute of it.

The colours and tones in their coats are really wonderful and many colours can be used for backgrounds in oils or Pastel.
