How to place an order

To place an order simply click the buy now button next to the voucher you require and it will add it to your shopping cart. You will then be taken to the order screen where you can continue shopping to purchase more vouchers, continue to the checkout or cancel the order altogether. Then you will be asked to fill in your details and credit card number. (The site is protected by a secure server for safe credit card transactions)

 

Can I have a refund on my gift voucher?

The gift voucher can be refunded if it is returned within 21 days of purchase, or alternitively the gift voucher can be transfered to someone else if Melanie Phillips is informed of the exchange with the new recipients details.

Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?

We use a 'secure server' for all credit card transactions and we do not hold your credit card details on-line. We use Worldpay as our payment provider and details of their service can be found at their website here.

 

Do you ship your portrtaits Worldwide?

Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world. Postage and packing is free.

 

How long will it be before I receive my webpage?

All orders are created as soon as payment is received. Most webpages will be online the same day.
