Gift certificates are valid for all portrait types and sizes and hold a money back guarantee, please note a refund can only be given to the person who paid for the order (the credit card owner). The gift voucher can be refunded if the client and recipient email within 21 days of purchase, or alternitively the gift voucher can be transfered to someone else if Melanie Phillips or Nicholas Beall are informed of the exchange. Each Gift voucher can be used to pay for a portrait or to put towards a portrait. Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years.
